Agreement: The person(s) whose signature(s) appear on this contract, known as “Client” and/or “Owner”, agree that Cassie Thurrott, known as "Photographer", shall provide services to photograph their event to the best of her abilities, in the manner described in this document. The Client agrees they are the legal owner of, or having full rights to permit commercial use of photographs of the property or animal described as above. This is a binding contract, which incorporates the entire understanding of the parties, and any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties, and physically attached to the original agreement. Client assumes responsibility for all collection costs.
Client and/or Owner understands that at all times their dog are under full control. Should Client and/or Owner’s dog become frightened, agitated or aggressive, Client and/or Owner understands that they must take immediate action to gain control over their dog and to remove dog from the situation. The Client and/or Owner understands that he/she is solely responsible for any harm caused by his/her Pet, to any person, other Pets, or property (business or personal), while the Client and/or Owner’s Pet is at the shoot. If your dog should bite or harm another dog or person, or spread any illnesses to other dogs, the owner will be responsible for any burdens occurred to the other party. Paws Up Pet Photography will not be responsible for any injuries that are out of control of our staff that your dog encounters. The Client and/or Owner understands that pets can accidentally injure themselves while playing or swimming. Minor cuts, scrapes, bite wounds and bruises are a possible and not unexpected results when in a session, especially in group activities.
Model and Property Release: This contract serves as a Property Release giving the Photographer the irrevocable right to use the photographs in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to changes or alterations, for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes. The Photographer can grant use of the images to third parties and all compensation for use and credit for the images remain the property of Paws Up Pet Photography. The Client understands and agrees that the photographs are intended to be licensed for commercial gain by the Photographer. The Client waives any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s), finished version(s) incorporating the photograph(s), or the use to which it may be applied, including written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith.
Copyright: All photographs taken by Paws Up Pet Photography are her property. Client hereby waives any claims for ownership, income, editorial control and use of the images.
I have read and warrant that I am of legal age and understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement Each person signing as Client below shall be fully responsible for ensuring that full payment is made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
